Job Location: Nanpura Surat, Gujarat (On Site)
Experience: Min 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant IT software sales.(IT saas products)
Job Timings : 9:30 am to 7:30 pm or 10 to 8 pm (Mon to Sat)

Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales/Strategy preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, IT Software, B2B Sales, or Technology Sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales in SaaS/IT Software organizations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based sales, cloud technologies, and software solutions.
• Experience managing and building high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Solid experience in B2B sales, inside sales, consultative selling, and enterprise/SME/startup customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and lead generation strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking,



and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage sales targets, and deliver business growth objectives.
• A confident, strong-minded candidate with a polite and gentle communication style, along with good convincing and negotiation skills, would be a strong fit for Sales & Marketing. If he/she is also comfortable appearing in videos for branding and promotional activities, that would be an added advantage.

Sales & Revenue Generation :
• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
