Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Barmer, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or SME banking customers. The role involves building long-term client relationships,



understanding financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products such as accounts, loans, investment products, and insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will handle daily customer queries, support account servicing, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient and compliant service. The role includes achieving sales and revenue targets, cross-selling and upselling bank products, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and bank policies. The Relationship Manager is expected to represent Kotak Mahindra Bank professionally in the local market and support branch-level business development initiatives.
