We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating on-ground activities and ensuring smooth daily balloon flight operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and assist them throughout the hot air balloon safari experience, from arrival to departure.

Communicate confidently with domestic and international guests in English and Hindi.
Coordinate with pilots, drivers, and ground operations teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Manage on-ground guest handling and assist with flight-day operational activities.
Maintain high standards of service quality, guest safety awareness, and overall customer satisfaction.




Address guest queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Support office-based responsibilities and remote coordination as required by operational needs.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A graduate with a Tourism and Hospitality background is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in interacting with international guests.
High work ethic, problem-solving and coordination skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email and Google Workspace.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays in line with flight schedules.
Willingness to take up physically demanding, on-ground responsibilities when required.
