About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify corporate prospects, generate new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed sales.
This role requires someone who is comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and closing B2B deals.

We value practical sales ability, ownership and measurable results over years of experience alone.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Cogzart's products and solutions.
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and online research.
• Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement,



Marketing and other corporate decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting and branding solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on active opportunities.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships.
• Track sales activities, conversions and revenue against agreed targets.

Required Experience and Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate client acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
