About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive – Real Estate to connect with prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, arrange site visits, and convert enquiries into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong focus on customer relationships and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and connect with prospective property buyers.
• Understand customer budgets, preferences, and investment objectives.




• Recommend suitable residential properties and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with clients and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and investment potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi and/or Kannada will be an added advantage.
