About the Role

Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing
• Support user security and role provisioning in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, and OTM, guiding users to ensure appropriate access
• Import users and manage access using standard Oracle security functionalities
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access aligned with Oracle security best practices
• Manage and monitor auditing for user access ensuring minimal violations within Oracle Risk Management Cloud RMC
• Support all security and auditing-related issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
• Collaborate with Security, Development, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues
• Migrate SaaS technical objects - BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs
• Follow up on Oracle MOS service requests to resolution
• Complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users
