Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.



This role focuses on driving sales of electronic security solutions, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their security needs, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The specialist will coordinate installation and after-sales service activities, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships to encourage renewals and upselling. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing product and service training to clients when needed, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, service calls, and customer feedback.
