We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to support and execute paid marketing campaigns for our real estate projects.

? Key Responsibilities• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta & YouTube
• Generate quality leads and improve CPL & CPQL
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and conversions
• Manage remarketing, audience targeting & A/B testing
• Track leads through CRM and digital analytics
• Prepare campaign reports and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Creative & Marketing teams
• Support landing-page and creative performance optimization

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:• Have 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Have robust knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Have experience in Real Estate / Lead Generation / High-ticket products
• Are comfortable with GA4, GTM, CRM & campaign analytics
• Have a strong analytical and result-oriented approach
