Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build a robust sales pipeline in the real estate and proptech space. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions from Square Yards’ portfolio. The individual will manage client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Daily responsibilities include market research, monitoring competitor activity, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve revenue targets of up to 6 LPA.
