Hiring: Business Development Associate (Sales & Marketing) | Indux Technology, Pune ?
Indux Technology is a Pune-based software and digital services company. We build custom web and mobile apps, CRM solutions, and e-commerce platforms for clients in India and abroad. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who can bring in new business.
About the role
You’ll find and connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and bring qualified leads to our team. You’ll work directly with me (founder) and our technical team, who handle proposals and delivery.
What you’ll do
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Pitch our software and digital services to business owners and decision-makers
• Set up discovery calls and meetings with prospects
• Follow up on leads and help close deals
• Share regular updates on your pipeline
What we’re looking for
• 1+ year of experience in sales,
business development, or digital marketing (freshers with robust communication skills are welcome)
• Good communication in English and Hindi or Marathi
• Comfort with LinkedIn outreach and cold calling
• Basic understanding of IT services or software products is a plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-based role
Compensation
• Performance-linked incentive on every deal closed
• Incentive is paid on project milestones (advance and completion)
• Earnings grow with the deals you close
Work mode: Hybrid / Remote (Kharadi, Pune)
Type: Full-time or part-time, open to freelancers
