Experience Design & Creative Direction Lead

About the Role
Eventures is looking for a creative thinker who can transform client briefs into memorable event experiences. This role combines creative strategy, concept development, visual storytelling and design direction.
You will shape the big idea, define the look and feel of the event, guide designers and create compelling visual presentations that help clients see the experience before it is built.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts and event experiences from client briefs.
• Create the overall creative direction, theme, mood, narrative and guest journey.
• Guide graphic, spatial, 3D and visual designers through the execution process.
• Develop mood boards, concept decks, creative narratives and presentation visuals.
• Create or oversee 3D event visualisations, layouts, renders and spatial experiences.
• Write or guide event copy, messaging, scripts, taglines and presentation content.
• Collaborate with production, operations,



technology and account teams.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design, technology, entertainment and experiential trends.
• Ensure the final output remains creatively strong, practical and aligned with the brief.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–4+ years of experience in event design, experiential marketing, advertising, branding or a creative agency.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.
• Experience developing event concepts and creative presentations.
• Working knowledge of 3D design or visualisation software
• Strong visual communication and storytelling abilities.
• Positive copywriting and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide clear and inspiring direction to designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, event designs, 3D work or campaign ideas.
