The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the corporate events industry and an established network in Mumbai.
You'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. We need someone who understands the market, knows how to open doors, and has a proven ability to win business and deliver results.
Working closely with our creative, client servicing, and production teams, you'll help bring client ambitions to life while contributing to the continued growth of Event Dynamics in Mumbai.

What You'll Do
• Drive Business Growth:



Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within Mumbai's corporate sector.
• Build Client Relationships: Establish solid relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders to generate new opportunities and repeat business.
• Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the business development process from prospecting and client meetings to pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop Winning Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, track prospects, and provide visibility on business forecasts.
• Deliver Results: Take ownership of revenue targets and contribute to the long-term growth of Event Dynamics' corporate business in Mumbai.
