Job SummaryThe Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calling, converting enquiries into business,



nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, digital enquiries, referrals, CRM databases, and other lead generation sources.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily calling targets, enquiry conversion goals, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, EPC, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
