Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track. Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Traya’s mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.

The Role
We're looking for someone who understands social media, internet culture and what makes people stop scrolling.
You'll be responsible for developing compelling copy and video scripts for Traya's organic social media channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook.
If you enjoy turning everyday insights into relatable stories, creating engaging narratives and writing content that people genuinely want to watch and share, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Write engaging, relatable and creative video scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook and other organic social media formats.
• Develop content ideas, hooks and narratives that capture attention and encourage audience engagement.
• Translate hair health, hair loss and consumer insights into simple, compelling and shareable content.
• Stay on top of social media trends, internet culture, memes and emerging content formats to identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
• Collaborate with the social media, creative and video production teams to bring content ideas to life.
