About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete human resource function across the various business units of Genres Ad Pvt. Ltd. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes, managing employee relations, ensuring policy compliance, supporting recruitment and performance management, and maintaining smooth HR operations across the group.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and HRMS, along with the ability to work closely with management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Group HR Operations
· Manage day-to-day HR operations across all business units of the group.
· Ensure uniform implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
· Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.




· Monitor employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
· Coordinate with department heads for smooth HR administration.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and business units.
· Coordinate with managers to understand manpower requirements.
· Develop manpower plans based on business requirements.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring timelines.
3. Attendance, Leave & HRMS Management
· Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, weekly offs, and regularization.
· Ensure proper usage and implementation of the organization's HRMS/GreytHR system.
· Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance and salary-related inputs.
· Ensure timely completion of onboarding and employee documentation.
4. Performance Management
