Led by an architect with over 11 years of international experience in Spain and the Netherlands, SVAC specializes in architectural collaborations for Indian projects with global partners. The studio offers services in interior and architecture design, space planning, master-planning, project management, and international architectural collaborations, providing team members exposure to diverse and creative projects.

Role Description

The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. This role includes managing correspondence, organizing meetings and calendars,



maintaining records and documentation, and supporting project teams with administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will oversee office supplies and equipment, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and assist with basic financial and billing processes as needed. The role also involves greeting visitors, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment that supports design and project delivery activities.

• Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and coordination.
