GiGi is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Events Lead to help build GiGi into one of India's most exciting energy drink brands. This role is about bringing our brand to life - online, offline, in stores, at events, and through partnerships that get people talking.

You'll lead our marketing initiatives, working closely with the founders to grow brand awareness, build community, and drive sales. You'll have on event support staff, and you'll be able to grow your team the more you grow the GiGi brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Events & Activations: Plan and execute brand events, product samplings, community experiences, fitness activations, and collaborations.
• Social Media & Content: Lead our social media strategy, content calendar, creator collaborations, and digital campaigns.
• Brand Partnerships:



Identify and execute creative partnerships with brands, gyms, communities, creators, and event organizers.
• Retail & Trade Marketing: Drive in-store visibility, point-of-sale marketing, retail activations, and campaigns that convert shoppers into customers.
• Campaign Management: Own integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, from concept and budgeting to execution and performance analysis.

MUST HAVE:
• 4+ years managing marketing in a DTC brand or an agency.
• Proven experience in social media with hands-on content creation is a must.
• Must have managed brand events and activation campaigns.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines.
• Data-driven, resourceful, and focused on measurable results.
• Someone who loves execution, rather than managing people. This is a hands-on role, you won't be outsourcing to agencies or freelancer.
