Role Description The Sales Manager for Bajaj Life Direct channel will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through direct channels, including telesales and digital leads. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, overseeing a team of sales executives, setting performance targets, and monitoring daily sales activities to achieve revenue and productivity goals. The role includes managing lead allocation, tracking conversion ratios, and ensuring adherence to standard sales processes and compliance guidelines. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, improve customer experience, and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Daily responsibilities also involve coaching and mentoring team members, reviewing performance dashboards, preparing periodic reports, and representing the channel in internal reviews.
