Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end recruitment of medical faculty, resident doctors, nursing, paramedical, technical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with NMC faculty and staffing requirements, including faculty records, eligibility verification and documentation.
• Manage HR operations, payroll, biometric attendance, leave, employee records and statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal systems, employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with the Dean, Medical Superintendent, HODs and hospital administration for manpower planning.




• Maintain HR documentation and support NMC inspections, NABH accreditation and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and staff welfare.
• Prepare manpower budgets and recruitment strategies to support institutional expansion.

Eligibility & Experience• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a medical college or multispecialty hospital.
• Prior experience handling NMC faculty recruitment and medical college HR compliance will be strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HR management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, recruitment and organizational skills.
