We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving delegate participation for our upcoming conferences and business events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and connect with potential delegates through calls, emails,



LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Drive delegate registrations and achieve assigned participation targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective delegates.
• Understand the event, target audience, and delegate profile to effectively communicate the value of attending.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed delegates.
• Maintain regular communication with delegates throughout the registration process.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth delegate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily activities.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team targets.
