Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Flexifee’s presence among schools, educational institutions, and parent communities. This full-time remote position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, and developing partnership proposals that align with Flexifee’s mission.



The role includes conducting market research, presenting Flexifee’s solutions to stakeholders, negotiating terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings, improve partner onboarding, and ensure a smooth experience for schools and families. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
