Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling queries through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring a qualified and positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to understand customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure queries are addressed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Track customer requests through to resolution, ensure timely follow-ups, and proactively identify customer needs to provide suitable support and solutions.
