Zupper is expanding its private label business, with a focus on men's apparel and sportswear. We aim to build commercially competitive products and develop a strong distribution network across retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other business buyers. We are looking for a sales professional with relevant experience in men's apparel, sportswear, athleisure, or fashion distribution. The candidate will be responsible for building the sales pipeline, acquiring business customers, generating orders, and developing repeat business for our private label products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Zupper's private label men's apparel and sportswear products, including track pants, T-shirts, shorts, and related categories.
• Identify and acquire retailers, multi-brand outlets,



wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and institutional buyers.
• Develop new sales channels and expand the distribution network across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers and follow up systematically to convert leads into orders.
• Conduct product presentations, share catalogues, explain pricing and margins, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Understand customer requirements related to product styles, sizes, colours, fabric, quality, pricing, and order quantities.
• Drive order generation, revenue achievement, repeat purchases, and customer retention.
• Gather feedback on product quality, pricing, market demand, competition, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, inventory, and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
