ABOUT THE ROLE

Vridora Realtors is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented candidates to join our growing sales team.

Freshers and candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Telecalling, or Customer Service are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming and outbound leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and support deal closures.




• Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members, developers, and internal teams.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
• Positive communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week from the Baner, Pune office.
