Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities for residential projects, focusing on generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales team, coordinating property site visits, presenting project features and investment benefits to potential buyers, and maintaining strong client relationships.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
