We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Intern who wants to build practical experience in sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, social media, business directories, and other platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads for NexAdvent's services.
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
• Understand prospective clients' business requirements and identify relevant opportunities.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/team lead.
• Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic sales materials.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.




• Track daily outreach, leads generated, meetings booked, and overall sales activity.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Learn and understand digital marketing and website development services to communicate their value effectively.

What We're Looking For• Students, fresh graduates, or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients over calls.
• Good written English.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
• Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
