Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Kashipur. The Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling Tata Capital’s financial products to retail and small business customers, including loans, credit cards, and related services. Daily activities include engaging with walk-in customers, generating leads, conducting product presentations,



explaining terms and conditions, and assisting customers with applications and documentation. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with branch and back-office teams to ensure smooth processing, and following compliance and risk guidelines. The Salesperson is expected to stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed guidance to customers.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
