About The Role

Techdome is hiring a GTM Engineer to own our go-to-market strategy and the paid acquisition engine that powers it. You will decide who we target, how we position our offerings, and which channels carry the message, then turn that strategy into qualified pipeline and revenue. Meta Ads is your core craft, backed by the wider paid ecosystem. If you like owning budgets and targets, and you would rather build growth systems than maintain them, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute Techdome’s go-to-market strategy, including ICP definition, market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel mix
• Plan and run product and service launches from strategy through to live campaigns
• Design, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and newer channels
• Lead Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) end to end, covering audience strategy, creative testing, bidding, and scaling
• Manage live ad budgets and keep spend efficient and returns on target
• Build and refine the full funnel, from first touch and awareness through to closed deals

• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, Conversions API, event tagging, UTM frameworks) so attribution stays reliable
• Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS in GA4 and other analytics tools, and optimize campaigns in real time
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments, and document the learnings
• Use AI tools to speed up ad copy, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting
• Partner with design, product, and sales to align positioning, launches, and GTM execution
• Keep CRM data clean and share transparent, insight-led performance updates with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5+ years in digital or performance marketing, with advanced, hands-on Meta Ads experience
• A track record of scaling campaigns across multiple ad platforms
• Experience building or executing go-to-market plans, including positioning, segmentation,
