About the Role-We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2C lead generation, prospecting, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities-
• Generate and qualify B2C leads through outbound prospecting, research, networking, and other channels.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the US market.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from initial outreach and engagement to conversion and relationship management.
• Conduct prospect communication, follow-ups, and requirement understanding.
• Work towards company-level business and revenue growth targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, product, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.




• Manage cross-functional commitments, resources, dependencies, and blockers.
• Share customer and market insights to support product, marketing, and business decisions.
• Contribute to customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, follow-up, and conversion records.
• Support branding, marketing campaigns, and other business growth initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2C Sales / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on B2C lead generation experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with the US market/customers is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach, follow-up, and conversion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
