Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends. The individual will prepare and deliver client-focused presentations, assist in developing proposals, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings, and contributing to business development strategies. The role requires regular interaction with potential and existing clients to build relationships and promote HR TEAM’s services.
Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, analyze markets, and support strategic business growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional client engagement.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in services or HR-related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
