About the Role
Flow Interio is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales CRM Executive with at least 1 year of experience in interior sales or CRM operations. The candidate will manage customer enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, follow up with prospective clients, and support the conversion of leads into residential interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and maintain lead records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
• Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate customer information and provide regular lead status reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, quotations, and pending decisions.




• Support the sales team in improving lead conversion and customer engagement.

Required Skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM software and lead management.
• Solid follow-up, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of residential interiors, modular kitchens, and wardrobes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior sales, interior design CRM, or customer relationship management within the interiors industry.
• Experience handling customer leads and sales follow-ups is preferred.
• Candidates with residential home interior company experience will be given preference.
