Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Current Delhi. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define and refine the business model, go-to-market strategy, and long-term vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic planning, overseeing operations, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The Co-Founder will also support fundraising efforts, build key partnerships, and ensure that research and data inform major decisions.



This role requires hands-on involvement in product or service development, team building, and establishing efficient processes across the organization.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and research to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability in sales, including relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Experience in marketing, with skills in market positioning, brand development, and growth-focused campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and commit to a full-time, high-responsibility role.
