Requirements:

• 6–8 years in admissions counselling, inside sales or a tele-calling operation.
• At least 2 years leading a team of 5 or more callers, with targets they were accountable for.
• Proven track record of improving conversion, with numbers they can explain (before and after).
• Hands-on with a CRM or lead-management tool, call recordings and Excel or Google Sheets reporting.




• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; comfortable speaking with parents in India and abroad.
• Can coach people from real calls, not only by setting targets.

Ideal Applicant:
• K-12 school, online school or edtech admissions experience.
• Experience with international parents (UAE, Gulf, US, UK) and time-zone-based calling.
• Knowledge of boards and curricula: CBSE, Cambridge/IGCSE, American, NIOS.
• A regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali) or Arabic.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business, auto-dialers or call analytics.
• Admissions or counselling team lead at a school, K-12 chain or edtech company.
• Team leader in an IT-enabled services or BPO voice process, ideally in education or customer sales.
• Senior admission counsellor who has already been running a small team informally.
