Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles while partnering with business leaders to attract, engage,



and hire top talent. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate experience, recruitment analytics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in IT Services, Consulting, or Corporate hiring.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Solid stakeholder management and candidate relationship management skills.
