We are a fast-growing D2C brand in the food and beverage space, scaling rapidly across quick commerce and major marketplaces. We're moving from 10 to 100, and we need a hands-on performance marketing leader to own paid growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, Google, and Meta.

This is a builder's role—equal parts strategy, execution, and team leadership. We're data-driven and AI-forward, and we expect our leaders to actively use AI tools to sharpen output and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Execution

 Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart), marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and our D2C website.

 Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across all five paid ecosystems: q-commerce ad consoles, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

 Use each channel for what it does best:



Meta and Google to build demand and drive D2C traffic, and platform-native ads to capture that demand where the purchase happens.

 Translate business targets into channel-level plans for spend, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth. Budget & Performance Management

 Own the monthly and quarterly media budget; dynamically shift spend toward the highest return channels.

 Drive ROAS, blended CAC, AOV, and contribution margin, and report performance directly to leadership.

 Set up and maintain reporting dashboards and attribution logic (including the impact of Meta/Google on q-commerce and marketplace sales) so decisions are grounded in reliable data. Quick Commerce & Marketplace Growth

 Partner directly with quick commerce and marketplace ad teams on placements, visibility, and exclusive promotions.

 Build strong relationships with platform ad teams to get early access to new ad products, beta
