Role Summary

Avanade India’s Applications & Engineering practice is looking for an Application Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of .NET applications for our clients. This is a hands-on role — the person in it designs the solution, writes code alongside the team,



reviews what others produce, and is accountable for what ships.

You will lead a team of four to five engineers through build and release, own the engineering standards and the Azure DevOps pipelines that enforce them, and lead modernisation work from .NET Framework to contemporary .NET. We also expect you to be fluent with LLM-based development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code — using them to raise the team’s productivity and code quality, and setting sensible rules for how they are used on client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of .NET applications — technical design, build, code quality, testing, release and production readiness.
• Lead a team of four to five engineers: allocating work, reviewing code and designs, unblocking the team and holding the quality of what is delivered.
• Design and develop applications hands-on in C# and .NET — ASP.NET Core, Web AP
