Role Description The Performance Marketing (Meta Ads Executive) role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to meet performance and ROI targets. Responsibilities include audience research, ad copy and creative coordination, budget management, and ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.



The executive will monitor key performance metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and share insights with the team and clients. Day-to-day activities also include collaborating with account managers, creative teams, and other marketing specialists to align Meta campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance.
