Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing inside sales activities, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and following up on leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling meetings or product demos for the sales team.



The Business Development Representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. The role also requires building strong professional relationships, understanding client needs, and consistently working toward set sales and business development targets.
