Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join us as General Manager (GM) – Engineering for our flagship high-rise developments. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring excellence in construction, adherence to timelines, and alignment with quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale high-rise developments,



including at least two successfully completed projects with a minimum height of 150 metres each. The incumbent will bring solid technical acumen, leadership capability, and cross-functional coordination to deliver complex developments with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
• Drive project scheduling, resource planning, and milestone tracking across all phases of construction.
• Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and defined quality benchmarks.
• Oversee construction methodologies, technical planning, and execution strategies for high-rise developments.

2. Site Management & Supervision
• Oversee all on-site engineering and construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination across project teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, design
