Job Summary
We are looking for a technically strong and target-oriented Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer with experience in wiring harness, cable assembly, and power cord design and manufacturing.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, acquiring customers, managing existing accounts, generating RFQs, coordinating technical and commercial proposals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements related to wire harnesses, cable assemblies, power cords, connectors, terminals, and related electromechanical assemblies, and should be able to coordinate effectively between customers and internal engineering/manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales




• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent monthly target achievement.
• Identify and acquire new customers in the wiring harness, cable assembly, and power cord segment.
• Develop business with OEMs, ODMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, industrial customers, and equipment manufacturers.
• Generate current leads through customer visits, market research, networking, industry exhibitions, referrals, and other business-development channels.
• Develop strong relationships with engineering, procurement, sourcing, R&D;, and management teams at customer organizations.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable wiring harness/cable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → technical requirement → RFQ → costing → quotation → negotiation → sample/prototype → approval → PO → production
