NorthBridge Infra Energy Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive to grow our rooftop solar business across residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers.
The role will involve identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, understanding their electricity consumption and requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and driving opportunities through to order closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals and local networks.
• Engage with homeowners, RWAs, commercial establishments, factories, schools, hospitals and other potential C&I; customers.
• Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption and site suitability for rooftop solar.
• Explain project economics, including expected generation, savings, payback, net metering and applicable subsidies.
• Coordinate site surveys and work with the technical team to prepare proposals.
• Present commercial proposals,



negotiate terms and follow up with customers through order closure.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.
• Develop relationships and referral networks across Ghaziabad and nearby NCR markets.

Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Diploma holder with 2–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical products, building materials, HVAC or similar field-sales businesses will be an advantage.
• Robust communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with cold prospecting and extensive field work.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and focused on converting opportunities into sales.
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Linked Incentives
