We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to build and manage the digital growth function at PickleMonk.

This is our first dedicated performance marketing hire, so we are looking for someone who can take ownership—not someone who needs to be told what to do every day.

What You'll Do
• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Generate qualified leads for PickleMonk and our clients
• Manage lead-generation campaigns from campaign setup to conversion
• Develop audience, targeting, retargeting and funnel strategies




• Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data
• Track CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and UTM parameters
• Work closely with our designers, video editors and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Analyse which hooks, creatives, audiences and offers are working
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit recommendations
• Work closely with the Business Development team to understand lead quality and sales conversion
• Continuously test, learn and scale what works

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience managing lead-generation
