Core Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% accurate, timely sales data across ERP systems and trackers
• Communicate schemes to distributors and sales teams, keeping GM/AGM aligned
• Prepare incentive data to support performance evaluation and reward programs
• Process Credit Notes for party claims and first lifting
• Manage the order lifecycle from PI sharing to dispatch,



ensuring on-time delivery
• Draft and maintain Distributor MOUs with Legal and Sales
• Build Sales Review and Sales Intelligence reports covering Target vs. Actual, deviation analysis, loss of sale, and regional trends
• Work with Dispatch, SCM, and Finance to resolve escalations
• Lead Excel automation projects to replace manual reporting
• Resolve customer complaints and train new team members on CRM

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (BBA/B.Com/BE)
• MBA in Sales & Marketing or Operations (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience
• 2-5 years in sales coordination, sales operations, or MIS reporting
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems, distributor management, and order-to-dispatch processes
