PCS is a growing construction and renewables company, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us win recent projects and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
You’ll be the face of PCS in the market, meeting factory owners, plant heads, and commercial clients to bring in new business.

What You’ll Do
✅ Visit factories, industrial units, and commercial sites to generate leads
✅ Meet decision-makers and present PCS’s services
✅ Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team for site visits and estimates
✅ Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close deals
✅ Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
✅ Track the sales pipeline and report progress regularly
Who We’re Looking For
? Proven experience in business development or sales (construction or industrial services preferred)




? Basic knowledge of civil construction (roads, buildings, repairs, maintenance)
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Confident in cold visits, client meetings, and presentations
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client visits
? Own vehicle is a plus
