Role Description The Duty Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the front office, guest services, and coordination with housekeeping, food and beverage, and banqueting teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff on shift, handling guest queries and complaints, monitoring service standards,



and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures. The Duty Manager will manage room allocation, VIP arrivals, and special requests, support event and banquet operations as needed, and maintain accurate logs and reports for management review. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, optimizing occupancy and revenue through effective coordination, and promoting a professional, guest-focused environment.
