Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end operational activities across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.




The candidate will be responsible for order processing, Purchase Order (PO) management, appointment scheduling, inventory coordination, dispatch, inwarding, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) reconciliation, returns, and Return to Origin (RTO) management.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational ownership, excellent follow-up skills, and hands-on experience managing platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, BigBasket, and other relevant marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Operations• Manage day-to-day operations across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.
• Ensure smooth order processing from order receipt to final delivery or inwarding.
• Monitor platform orders, inventory requirements, dispatches, and delivery status.
• Ensure adherence to platform-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational requirements.
