About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, well-connected Business Development Executive to expand our global startup and investment network.
You'll work directly with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to identify promising investment opportunities and build long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Deal Sourcing: Identify and engage promising AI, fintech, and Web3 startups seeking investment.
• Founder Outreach: Connect with startup founders and introduce MetaLabs Ventures' investment opportunities.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, and investment communities.
• Investment Pipeline: Evaluate early-stage opportunities,



conduct initial screening, and coordinate introductions with our investment team.
• Ecosystem Development: Expand our global presence through networking, industry events, and online communities.

What We're Looking For
• Experience in business development, venture capital, startup fundraising, or the AI/Web3 ecosystem.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently source and develop investment opportunities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and startup communities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Existing relationships with startup founders or investors are a strong advantage.
