Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping Potligo’s strategy, product direction, and overall business growth. This full-time, on-site position in Nagpur involves working closely with other founders to define the value proposition, refine the business model, and oversee day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include conducting market and customer research,



driving sales and partnership efforts, and developing and executing marketing initiatives to build brand awareness. The Co-Founder will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage early hires and collaborators, and help create a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. This role requires hands-on involvement in problem-solving, decision-making, and execution across product, operations, and growth.
