Role Description: The Call Center Executive will handle outbound calls for the Australian Region, respond to customer inquiries, and provide transparent, courteous, and timely information. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, logging interactions in company systems, and following established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to escalate complex cases,



supporting basic sales and lead generation activities, and meeting individual and team performance targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring a consistent presence during assigned shifts.

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively.
