Role Description The Engineer – Machine Maintenance (Solar Plant) is a full time, on-site role based in Ganaur. The role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plant machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and stable plant operations. Responsibilities involve monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues,



coordinating repairs with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The engineer will implement safety procedures, support continuous improvement of maintenance processes, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance overall plant efficiency and reliability. The position may also involve supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and assisting with root-cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
